East Finchley Open Artists present The Colour of Shadows, a group exhibition of painting, photography, printmaking, glass and ceramics.
Inspired by the poetic pull of shadow, the artists explore cool–warm colour shifts that create depth and recession, twilight silhouettes that hint at memory and place, and the fleeting reflections where light meets surface. From intimate studies to bold abstractions, the show invites visitors to see how colour gives shadow its mystery and mood.
The exhibition will be on the first floor of Hornsey’s Grade II listed Library; open every afternoon, between 1pm and 5pm (12pm – 4pm Sundays). Wheelchair and baby friendly facilities, lift access and accessible parking are available.
